Well well well.. It's been another week (I think) since I last updated! The last week was stressful at times, and fun at times, and it went by really fast as per usual! Jamie and I are going to be updating out kitchen countertops and it's been way too stressful trying to find what we want. I really want a Wilsonart integrated sink, however it doesn't look like Home Depot (who is doing our countertops) is able to provide that! I'm not overly impressed with them thus far, they keep telling me to ask the installer about prices and the installer tells me to contact Home Depot! Oh well... In about 6 weeks, we'll have new countertops and a new beautiful sink (one way or another) and life will be great!! And we'll be in mid March... crazy!!!! Time is just flying by.....
Today we lazed around in the morning, had my parents over for a bit to talk countertops, went to the dog park and then I had a wonderful bath. We just watched the office and now we're going to play 'Scene It' which I will win, because I am much smarter than Jamie! Well not really, but I am. Life is going good! I'm feeling overwhelmed with a lot of stuff, but also very positive. It's wonderful that we have an absolutely adorable little puppy and will have Roxie with us next weekend (as long as her tail is trimmed!!!!)... Life is great!
Ok, time to play Scene it, goodbye!

Actually updating this!
Well, Jamie and I are watching the hockey game, so that means that I'm having some brewskis while he yells at the TV. I would have a bath, but I just had a bath the other day so I don't really feel like it. Although who knows in 10 minutes once I finish this, I do have a new Cosmo I haven't read yet!
So, life is going great! Jamie and I got married just a little over 6 months ago, and we got our little puppy Holly just over a month ago. Next on the horizon is making a baby, which is a little bit of a challenge due to my diabetes. I've had a couple pre-conception diabetes appointments already and everythings looking great. I have .1 more to go on my A1C and then we officially have the go ahead. I'm a little bit concerned about everything, but I know as long as I accept that being diabetic is pretty much an extra full time job, I think we'll be just fine.
Today I went to Vanessa's parents house for the first fitting for my bridesmaid dress, (she's getting married April 29th!) and I'm so excited for the wedding! It's great being a part of a wedding, without it actually being yours. My wedding was AMAZING, and easily the best day of my life, but it was stressful!!
Sidenote - I was just reading a TTC blog I randomly found and every page had some 'come to Jesus' song playing and now Jamie thinks it's hilarious to sing it in my ear nonstop, LOVELY!! Now he's in the kitchen and still singing away!
After the dress stuff, Savannah and I went out for lunch (red robins, yummy) and then Jamie and I took little Holly to the dog park. She got beat up by about 50 itty bitty dogs and has been sleeping pretty soundly since we got home, tired little girl!
Hockeys boring... I think that bath is sounding more appealing by the minute! At the same time, I like doing this. The next year is going to be so exciting (hopefully we don't have any problems with our plans..) and I just can't wait for everything to unfold!
Enough of this for now, buhbye!

First blog post..
Well.. this is my first 'blog' post.. I don't know how often I will use this thing, if at all. Right now my plan is just to use it to update myself mostly, on whats going on in my life, what I'm experiencing.
Hopefully I'll actually post something meaningful sooner or later, but for now, this will have to do!
