Well, Jamie and I are watching the hockey game, so that means that I'm having some brewskis while he yells at the TV. I would have a bath, but I just had a bath the other day so I don't really feel like it. Although who knows in 10 minutes once I finish this, I do have a new Cosmo I haven't read yet!
So, life is going great! Jamie and I got married just a little over 6 months ago, and we got our little puppy Holly just over a month ago. Next on the horizon is making a baby, which is a little bit of a challenge due to my diabetes. I've had a couple pre-conception diabetes appointments already and everythings looking great. I have .1 more to go on my A1C and then we officially have the go ahead. I'm a little bit concerned about everything, but I know as long as I accept that being diabetic is pretty much an extra full time job, I think we'll be just fine.
Today I went to Vanessa's parents house for the first fitting for my bridesmaid dress, (she's getting married April 29th!) and I'm so excited for the wedding! It's great being a part of a wedding, without it actually being yours. My wedding was AMAZING, and easily the best day of my life, but it was stressful!!
Sidenote - I was just reading a TTC blog I randomly found and every page had some 'come to Jesus' song playing and now Jamie thinks it's hilarious to sing it in my ear nonstop, LOVELY!! Now he's in the kitchen and still singing away!
After the dress stuff, Savannah and I went out for lunch (red robins, yummy) and then Jamie and I took little Holly to the dog park. She got beat up by about 50 itty bitty dogs and has been sleeping pretty soundly since we got home, tired little girl!
Hockeys boring... I think that bath is sounding more appealing by the minute! At the same time, I like doing this. The next year is going to be so exciting (hopefully we don't have any problems with our plans..) and I just can't wait for everything to unfold!
Enough of this for now, buhbye!
